Merry Christmas π π
Merry Christmas!!!
Hope you all had a great day!
I feel like being on the mission today helped me feel how Jesus felt when he had to leave His Father in Heaven to come to the earth for His divine mission. It helped me realize that even though it is difficult to be away from family during the holidays, I know that I am where I'm supposed to be.
This week was very long because P-day got moved to Christmas day. I don't remember a lot of what happened, but I do know we had a lot of spiritual lessons and even though we aren't seeing immediate results the blessings will come.
This week I had the opportunity to study a little about Christ's birth. I love this part in Luke 2 that talks about when the angel tells the shepherds about Christ's birth. "13 And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, 14 Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men." I really love the message of joy and peace that they brought. That Christ is born and is here to save us. It is only through Him that we are saved. I'm so grateful for my Savior and Redeemer. I hope you all had a chance to remember our Savior during this special season of the year. I love you all.
